My name is Will Shephard and I’m an Alexander Technique teacher in Windsor, Wandsworth and Battersea. I'm available for Alexander Technique lessons and I work with all ages and see wonderful results.

My own path to holistic healing began in my 30s, rooted in a career as a bespoke furniture maker that left me with chronic back pain. Despite exploring numerous avenues – Yoga, Tai Chi, osteopathy, cranial-sacral therapy, swimming, massages, and even saunas and steam baths – relief seemed elusive. That was until I encountered Briar Maxwell, an Alexander Technique transformational healer. This pivotal meeting not only alleviated my pain but also unveiled a profound truth: our bodies possess an incredible capacity for self-healing, given the right conditions and care.
 

This revelation ignited a passion within me. After experiencing the transformative power of the Alexander Technique firsthand, I was inspired to delve deeper. I embarked on an intensive journey to master this technique, along with other complementary modalities, to offer a comprehensive approach to healing.
 

Over the past 21 years, I've been privileged to guide numerous individuals towards overcoming muscle, joint, ligament, and structural imbalances. My approach, honed by personal experience and professional training, is centred around empowering each individual to understand and harness their body’s natural healing potential.
 

Each session is a step towards a pain-free, more mobile life. It's not just about alleviating symptoms but about fostering a deeper connection with one's body. Through a blend of personalized techniques and a nurturing environment, I help my clients unlock their healing capabilities.
